Shipping prices are calculated by weight. We aim to dispatch all orders (UK & International) within 1 - 3 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email notification with the relevant details and tracking. Please see our full Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations & Returns
If for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order or have changed your mind, you may return your products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. If returning from the USA, you may return your products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for any loss in value if products are not returned in resaleable condition. For more information on this please see our full Terms & Conditions.

To return your order, please contact us via email at aromatherafee03@gmail.com within 14 days from delivery of your order. You are responsible for the cost of return unless the item is faulty. Please see our terms on damaged/faulty items below. We advise that you return products using a service which will provide proof of postage.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving and checking your returned products.

Damaged / Faulty items
We hope that your item reaches you in perfect condition but if you receive damaged or faulty items, or an electrical product subsequently develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, please email aromatherafee03@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt or finding the fault, or the expected delivery, whichever is soonest. We will then assist you with your return.

Once we have received and checked/tested the product, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if we are able to).

We will not accept a return if the fault arises from abnormal use, failure to follow instructions or guidance, misuse, alteration or unauthorized repair, willful damage, improper maintenance or negligence on the part of any buyer, user or third party.

Refunds are made within 14 days of our receipt of the faulty item and will be sent to your original payment method. We will refund you the full purchase amount including delivery. Please see our full Terms & Conditions.

Lost or Delayed Orders
In the event that your parcel is lost by the courier a waiting period of 7 working days is required bu the handler before confirmation of loss. After 7 working days a refund or order reissue can be arranged.​
